We have missed you all and as of now are planning to re-open our doors the end of May, with new safety measures in place and guidelines to ensure we are following the recommendations of the CDC & Massage Board. While Wellness 108 has always adhered to the highest level of sanitation protocols, here is a list of additional safety measures we are taking for our clients and ourselves.
While we are not able to shake your hand or give you a hug (for now!) Please know how excited we are to see you and welcome you back.
Please do not enter the building more than 5 minutes before your appointment time. We are extending the time between appointments to allow for a more extensive deep sanitizing of the room and to prevent an overlapping of clients arriving and leaving. Please be on time for your appointment so we can make sure we have the time allotted to provide next client the same safety measure we provided you. Late arrival time will be deducted from the service time. Please utilize the restroom to wash your hands or use the available hand sanitizer immediately when you enter. During this time please refrain from bringing guests.
You will be asked to sign a health screening questionnaire before each appointment. One will be available when you arrive.
Masks will be worn by all therapists in the studio for your safety, and we respectfully ask that you wear one for our safety as well. If you brought a mask from home, please have it on when you enter the studio. If you need a mask, they will be available for purchase for $2.00
If you have a health issue that prevents you from wearing a mask, please contact your provider to discuss an alternative.
As always, we continue to maintain a clean and safe environment for our clients. We have increased those standards to include a more extensive disinfecting process between each client. All shared surfaces are disinfected with products designed to prevent COVID-19. A laundry service will now be added, as we will not be taking the laundry to our homes anymore as an added source of protection. We will be continuing our practice of washing our hands thoroughly before and after every service. Not coming to work if we are ill or have been exposed to anyone who has had COVID-19. The addition of an air purifier in the treatment room will be in place. Individual water bottles will be provided to each client until we can safely use our water cooler again. Hand sanitizer will be available in the studio for use.
The cancellation policy has been modified to offer greater flexibility. If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, and especially if you are not feeling well, we understand and request for you to please contact your provider as soon as possible to reschedule. If you are not feeling well, even if it seems like just bad allergies, please reschedule your appointment. If you have had a fever or had contact with a person infected with COVID-19 within the last 21 days, your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled. If you have any reluctance coming in for your appointment for any reason including being part of a vulnerable population, please contact me so we can reschedule your appointment. You will NOT be charged a cancellation fee. We hope this will alleviate any stress or hesitation you may have about any upcoming appointments.
Please check with your provider for the new pricing.
If you pay by credit card, the device is sanitized in between each client. If you pay by cash or check we will have envelopes for you to leave it in.
With having so many clients, as yourself to accommodate that have been waiting for services due the unprecedented times, we will be trying our hardest to get everyone in. In order to get everyone back on the table, standing appointments may be altered a little until things can get back to our normal routine.
On behalf of Wellness 108, we thank you for your understanding, continued support, loyalty and passion to take care of your health. We are all on this journey together and we look forward to a time when things will get back to normal. Let’s continue to take good care of each other.
Below is the message from the governor’s office below for visiting spas. Thank you.
